On the way to the wales-wide web to read Graham Attwell's blog from May this year e-portfolios - the DNA of the Personal Learning Environment? (thanks Martin Owen) I stopped off at other blogs on on my list and followed conversations. I came across a couple of videos that held me there to the end... Eight year old Cracks the Code to Happy Thought and much much longer from Professor Randy Pausch, of Carnegie Mellon. The first 8 minutes are introductions....... Really Achieving your Childhood Dreams.. He uses the term "head fakes " as a definition of the real learning that happens when we are doing something else.... like heading for one thing on the Internet and stopping off at others along the way:-)
In which I butterfly around and about life, the universe and everything in the digital age, looking for answers and trying to cause chaos. All contributions welcomed.
